SERVICES FOR BUSINESS
Competitiveness, regulatory compliance and development of manufacturing enterprises

Confimi Industria Campania, in cooperation with Consorzio Suggestioni Campane Promotion, provides institutional support to manufacturing enterprises operating within the Italian legal and regulatory framework, in an increasingly complex industrial and compliance-driven environment.
The Services for Business area does not constitute commercial service offerings, but rather a set of associative and institutional support instruments, aimed at assisting manufacturing companies in matters that directly affect business continuity, competitiveness and regulatory compliance under Italian law.
In particular, the Services for Business area addresses:
-
guidance and assistance in environmental and industrial regulatory compliance;
-
support in relation to registration, implementation and ongoing compliance with the RENTRI system (National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability), including digital obligations concerning waste load and unload registers and waste identification forms (FIR);
-
prevention, management and mitigation of critical issues arising during inspections, audits and regulatory controls;
-
strengthening of economic, environmental and social sustainability within manufacturing activities.
The Services for Business area encompasses two strategic and complementary fields of action:
-
MEPA – access to and operational support within the Italian Public Administration Electronic Procurement System;
-
Industrial Regeneration and Environmental Compliance, with specific reference to RENTRI-related obligations and the achievement of full regulatory compliance by manufacturing enterprises.
INDUSTRIAL REGENERATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
The Industrial Regeneration and Environmental Compliance section is designed to assist manufacturing enterprises in:
-
ensuring compliance with Italian environmental legislation, including the regulatory framework governing the RENTRI system;
-
the proper management, digitalisation and legally compliant retention of waste load and unload registers and waste identification forms (FIR);
-
the assessment of non-compliance issues identified during inspections or regulatory audits;
-
the planning and implementation of corrective measures aimed at restoring full regulatory conformity.
The RENTRI system constitutes a central element of the Italian legal framework governing waste traceability and represents one of the most significant environmental compliance obligations applicable to enterprises that generate, manage or transport waste within the Italian territory.
Business sustainability is therefore addressed as an operational and regulatory balance between:
-
economic sustainability,
-
environmental sustainability,
-
social and workforce sustainability.
The objective is to enable enterprises to operate, invest and develop their activities in full compliance with applicable regulations, while mitigating the risk of sanctions, operational interruptions and regulatory inefficiencies.

CONFIMI INDUSTRIA CAMPANIA
Confimi Industria is the Confederation of Italian Manufacturing Industry and Private Enterprise, founded in December 2012, with the aim of representing the real needs of the manufacturing sector and promoting an innovative and competitive industry. Today, Confimi Industria is one of the main representative forces of Italy's productive sectors, with a widespread network of 30 regional offices and around 45,000 member companies, employing over 650,000 employees.
Since 2013, Confimi Industria has established a close collaboration with Consip, offering support to member companies in using eProcurement tools developed as part of the Public Spending Rationalization Program. This initiative aims to simplify and improve companies' access to public contracts and procurement opportunities, making the entire process more efficient.
The Acquisti in Rete Platform, developed by Consip, is available free of charge to all users. However, trade associations may decide to apply a fee for the support services provided through their offices. It is important to note that Consip is not involved in decisions regarding the services offered by the Associations and their respective costs. For detailed information on the terms, conditions of service provision, and fees, users can directly contact the offices through the published references.
Confimi Industria Campania continues to be a reference point for businesses, facilitating access to eProcurement tools and supporting the competitiveness of Campania's companies in the public market.
eProcurement Support – Confimi Industria Campania
eProcurement, or electronic procurement, is the digital process through which public administrations purchase goods, services, and works via online platforms, such as the Electronic Public Administration Market (MePA).
