Analytical Food Safety: A Pillar for Businesses  🚨🍽️

🔎 A crucial topic for the business world: Analytical food safety — too often taken lightly by many operators who neglect hygiene and health regulations. This can lead to serious civil, criminal, and social consequences.

🎙️ Guests featured in this episode:

🔴 In-Sicurezza – Episode No.12

A dialogue between safety, spirituality, and moral responsibility
📍 Recorded on June 6, 2025, at the editorial office of Per Sempre News

The series "In-Sicurezza" continues with dedication and coherence — a project designed and promoted by Luigi Carfora, President of the Consorzio Suggestioni Campane Promotion and Confimi Industria Campania, entirely dedicated to fostering a culture of workplace safety, viewed through ethical, human, and social perspectives.

🎙️ The guest of this twelfth episode was Don Luigi Castiello, priest and hospital chaplain with years of service in major healthcare facilities in Naples, including Ospedale del Mare and Loreto Mare.
His extensive pastoral and human experience enriched the discussion with deep, timely reflections.

🙏 His presence gave voice to one of the most profound themes of the series: the role of the Church in pastoral care in the workplace, especially in environments where suffering intersects with the need for dignity, justice, and compassion.

🧭 Core of the discussion: two great universal concepts

📜 The Moral Law

Understood as an absolute, unchanging, and immutable truth throughout human history.
A law unaffected by trends or social changes, as it is rooted in human conscience and divine design.
Even when contexts, technologies, relationships, and languages evolve, the Moral Law remains the essential foundation for discerning good from evil, guiding consciences, and informing both personal and collective choices.

🧱 The Human Project

Seen as a universal calling to the integral reconstruction of the person—spiritually, humanly, and materially.
A project that involves everyone—believers and non-believers alike—in the responsibility of building a more just, conscious, and united society.
To rebuild humanity means restoring dignity in work, in family life, and in relationships, grounded in a vision of the human being as inherently valuable, never reducible to a function or number.

🤝 The Church in workplaces and spaces of care

Don Luigi Castiello shared a powerful testimony about the Church's potential role in workplaces, especially those marked by suffering, such as hospitals.
The chaplain's presence is not only spiritual support but a symbol of humanity, attentive listening, and moral guidance. A presence that helps restore work to its highest purpose: being a tool for growth, solidarity, and service.

📍 In Sicurezza – Episode 13

Recorded on June 12, 2025 at the editorial office of Per Sempre News
📸 (Photos from the episode attached)

The series "In Sicurezza" continues with commitment and consistency— a format dedicated to promoting a culture of workplace safety, conceived and led by Luigi Carfora, President of Confimi Industria Campania and of the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium.

👤 Guest of the episode: Davide Modugno
In this 13th episode, we welcomed Davide Modugno, a workplace health and safety expert, representing and advising Cosvitec Università & Impresa—a Naples-based research and training center accredited by the Campania Region. Cosvitec is active in professional training, food safety (HACCP), microbiological analysis, and labor market services.

🎯 Episode Highlights
The discussion focused on several key topics in Dr. Modugno's field of expertise, including:

• 🦺 The Role of the RSPP (Prevention and Protection Service Manager): duties, responsibilities, and strategies for accident prevention across different production environments.
• 🍽️ The HACCP System (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points): regulatory requirements, risk analysis in food-related activities, self-monitoring manuals, and staff training.
Dr. Modugno emphasized that although the HACCP framework is based on EU directives, implementation varies at the regional level, resulting in significant differences in standards and deadlines. He also pointed out that, since early 2025, inspections by the relevant authorities have shifted from a prescriptive approach to a strictly punitive one. This shift has led to a surge in sanctions and the closure of numerous businesses—including prominent commercial operations—due to past non-compliance in food safety, whether hygiene-related (e.g., presence of dirt) or procedural.
• 🧪 Environmental Monitoring and Industrial Hygiene: the importance of microbiological controls in workplaces and food laboratories.
• 🏗️ Worker Training and Continuous Education: legal obligations under Legislative Decree 81/08 and regional laws, with a focus on the need for technical, practical, and targeted education.
• 📊 Integration of Safety and Innovation: the growing role of technology and best practices in risk prevention, also from an ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) perspective.

Dr. Modugno provided a technical and up-to-date overview of workplace health protection tools, highlighting Cosvitec's multidisciplinary approach to fostering healthy and safe working environments.

💼 Focus on Artificial Intelligence & Digital Safety

✅ Episode 14 of the "In Sicurezza" format is now online!
The project, conceived and promoted by Luigi Carfora, President of Confimi Industria Campania and the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium, continues to explore key themes around workplace safety — now extending to the digital world.

📅 Recorded on June 17, 2025, at the newsroom of Per Sempre News, this episode shines a light on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in protecting businesses and boosting their competitiveness.

🎙️ Special Guest: Fluence Group

👤 Featured in this episode is Fluence Group, led by Denis Bilo, a leading company in Italy specializing in AI-based solutions that support enterprise digital transformation.

During the conversation, the discussion covered a wide range of specialized AI applications, including:

  • 🔹 Data analytics

  • 🔹 Process automation

  • 🔹 Cybersecurity

  • 🔹 Sales enhancement

  • 🔹 Predictive infrastructure management

🧠 A new and innovative concept was introduced: the "Managerial Intelligence" — an advanced AI system capable of coordinating other specialized AIs, just like a conductor leading an orchestra or a manager overseeing a complex system.

🔐 Digital Safety as a Strategic Priority

Artificial Intelligence is not just about efficiency — it's about protection.
Today's enterprises are increasingly adopting smart technologies to:

  • ensure business continuity

  • safeguard sensitive data

  • strengthen corporate resilience

📣 Luigi Carfora delivered a powerful message:

"In a world of constant commercial competition, the winners are those who master the most advanced digital tools.
Artificial Intelligence is a strategic lever for business development, sales growth, and internationalization.
It empowers, protects, and guides. Those who ignore it fall behind."

🏎️ AI Compared to a Formula 1 Race

Carfora likened the global AI market to a Formula 1 race:

"Today, many companies compete to build the best artificial intelligence engine — powerful, fast, and reliable.
We believe we've chosen the best team: that's why we signed a strategic partnership with Fluence Group, to offer cutting-edge solutions to our member companies."

🎓 Skills, Governance & Digital Awareness

In Sicurezza” – Episode 14: Luigi Carfora Talks AI, Digital Safety, and the Future of Business Innovation

🎬 Episode 15 of the "In Sicurezza" Series –

📸 Photos & Video Now Online

📆 Recorded: July 2, 2025
📍 Location: Per Sempre News editorial studio

We are pleased to publish the full video of the 15th episode of the "In Sicurezza" series in this section dedicated to workplace safety. The project continues its journey with consistency, strategic vision, and a strong educational spirit.

Created and promoted by Luigi Carfora, President of the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium & Confimi Industria Campania, the format aims to foster a serious and ongoing reflection on safety culture in the workplace—and now also in the world of professional kitchens and food safety.

👨‍🍳 Guest of the Episode: Chef Antonio Sorrentino

Executive Chef and National Vice President of APCI (Italian Professional Chefs Association), teacher and trainer.

Born in Torre del Greco, Antonio Sorrentino has been an ambassador of Campania cuisine for decades, thanks to his leadership role within the Rossopomodoro group. With a long career spanning professional cooking, training, and local food heritage promotion, he is a leading voice on kitchen safety and consumer responsibility.

🎙️ During the episode, the Chef answered three key questions, offering valuable insights:

1️⃣ What are the fundamental rules to ensure workplace safety in a professional kitchen?

"The kitchen is a place where people rush, cut, move around, manage fire, and often work under pressure. That's why order and organization are essential. Everything starts with solid hands-on training, clear role assignments, and effective communication among the kitchen brigade. Proper use of tools, constant cleanliness, and protective clothing (non-slip shoes, gloves, hairnets) are just basic elements. But what really makes a difference is daily discipline and respect for space and timing to prevent accidents."

2️⃣ When it comes to food safety, what everyday habits truly make a difference?

"Food safety starts with raw materials and continues through every daily action. Washing hands frequently, maintaining correct temperatures, separating raw and cooked foods, keeping surfaces and tools clean—these may seem like small habits, but they're crucial. I always tell my students that the best dish in the world is worth nothing if it's not safe to eat. Every mistake can have serious consequences. That's why there is no fine cuisine without great responsibility."

3️⃣ How do you convey the importance of safety to younger generations?

"By setting the example. Young people observe us and absorb our behavior more than our words. Being consistent, demanding safety while practicing it daily, and explaining the 'why' behind every rule—this is how you build culture. The kitchen is not just passion—it's work ethics, and safety is an integral part of it."

🔍 Attention: The First Step Toward Prevention

During the episode, Luigi Carfora emphasized that attention is the very first form of prevention, both in the workplace and in the kitchen.
He referenced a Microsoft study showing a concerning drop in average attention span, from 12 seconds to just 8—less than that of a goldfish. This decline often leads to distractions, which are true triggers for tragic events.

💥 A tragic example is the recent gas cylinder explosion in Naples, which caused one death and four injuries. This incident highlights the urgent need for vigilance, continuous training, and shared responsibility.

🔗 Safety Is Not a Formality, but a True Act of Responsibility

The message of this episode is crystal clear: safety is not just a legal requirement, but a true act of love for your craft, your team, and the community.

"In Sicurezza" continues its awareness-raising journey, giving voice to those who work, create, lead… and protect.

📸 This page includes the photos and full video interview of the episode.

The format "In Sicurezza", conceived and promoted by Luigi Carfora, President of Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium & Confimi Industria Campania, continues with coherence, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to awareness.
This initiative fosters a serious and ongoing reflection on the culture of safety, extending the discussion to often-overlooked sectors that are socially vital, such as hotels, restaurants, and banquet venues.

👉 This episode focuses on safety in hotels, reception restaurants, and professional kitchens, with special emphasis on food safety.
These are environments where not only workers but also guests and clients must be protected, making safety management even more delicate and complex.

💬 "The role of the first aid responder in such venues is essential," says Luigi Carfora.
"Unlike in factories or offices, hospitality settings require protecting guests as well as staff. This calls for specialized training and a genuine culture of prevention."

👤 Guest of the episode: Eng. Corrado Sorbo, hospitality expert and manager of prestigious accommodations such as Villa Signorini (Ercolano) and Hotel Sakura (Torre del Greco).

🎙 His insights provided a hands-on, in-depth view of three essential safety areas:

🛎️ 1. Staff Safety: Training, Responsibility, and Practice

Drawing from real experience in critical departments — kitchens, housekeeping, maintenance — Eng. Sorbo emphasized that effective training must go beyond formal compliance to become a daily practice grounded in drills and operational awareness.
🔎 "A course without real-life simulations doesn't prepare you to act. Safety is built through method, experience, and shared responsibility."

🚨 2. Hospitality & First Aid: Protecting Without Spreading Panic

In hospitality, safety must balance effectiveness and discretion. Staff must respond quickly and calmly to blackouts, evacuations, and medical emergencies.
📌 While current laws (Legislative Decree 81/08 – Ministerial Decree 388/03) require basic training, a deeper cultural and organizational shift is needed.

🩺 Key lifesaving maneuvers include:

  • BLSD (cardiac massage & defibrillator use)

  • Heimlich maneuver for choking

  • Bleeding control, managing fainting, allergic reactions, trauma

🎯 "Improvisation is not an option in our sector. Staff must be truly trained, ready, and aware. The responsibility is both moral and legal."

🍽️ 3. Food Safety: Compliance, Territory, and Awareness

The facilities led by Eng. Sorbo are culinary ambassadors of the Vesuvian region. The challenge: combine local identity with strict compliance to HACCP, allergen regulations, and traceability.
🧑🍳 "It's a daily challenge – but a feasible one. With trained and informed staff, we can ensure safe dishes without sacrificing regional soul and tradition."

📢 Luigi Carfora concluded by reaffirming the need to promote a broad culture of prevention, engaging the entire business system.
This commitment goes beyond avoiding incidents—it aims to make workplaces more humane, welcoming, and safe for everyone.

📸 Photos and the 🎥 full video of the 17th episode of "In Sicurezza" are now online!

The format – conceived and promoted by Luigi Carfora, President of Confimi Industria Campania and the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium – continues to provide high-value content dedicated to promoting a culture of prevention, with a practical, strategic, and educational approach.

👤 Special Guest of the Episode:

Dr. Papaccioli, a physician with extensive experience in territorial medicine, and a registered member of the National Register of General Directors of Health Companies and/or Public Entities.

🔍 Topics Covered:

✅ Workplace Safety – Health Sector Focus
🏗️ How can we build a real culture of prevention in high-risk sectors such as construction, logistics, and agri-food?
🎯 The answer lies in a strategy based on information, training, and ongoing, conscious oversight.

✅ Food Safety and Health Surveillance
🧼 A clean and well-kept shop is easy to recognize.
👀 Today, the citizen is often the first inspector.
🛡️ Prevention starts with informed choices: it's not just about following regulations, but about nurturing collective common sense.

✅ Shared Prevention Between Enterprises and the Healthcare System
🔗 Safety is a shared responsibility: public health, businesses, and associations must work together in synergy.
💡 This is the approach that guides every initiative of Confimi Campania and the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium.

🗣️ A Message from President Luigi Carfora:

💬 "The common sense of consumers, in choosing businesses that visibly uphold hygienic and sanitary standards, is one of the most powerful tools in prevention.
It's the market itself that selects: those who do not respect the rules lose their customers.
And without customers, a business loses credibility and eventually closes down.
Safety is a daily, collective choice—one that begins with each of us."

As part of the awareness and training initiatives promoted by the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium & Confimi Industria Campania, the full video of the 18th episode of the program "In Sicurezza" is now available online.
The episode was recorded on July 21, 2025, at the editorial offices of Per Sempre News.

Now in its 18th edition, "In Sicurezza" continues to strengthen a vision of safety as a shared value and strategic resource, contributing to the development of a culture of prevention across all sectors of public and economic life.

🎙 Special Guest: Carmine Lepore

Founder of ATB Consulting, expert in cultural planning and Director of the Civic Ethno-anthropological Museum of Montoro, Carmine Lepore shared his insights and field experience in the studio.

🔍 Key topics discussed in the episode:

  • Safety in cultural venues, tourism and hospitality:
A practical look at the real challenges and vulnerabilities in these sectors, alongside well-structured proposals for preventive planning and improved risk management.

  • Continuous training for professionals and businesses:
Safety requires up-to-date and specialized skills. The discussion emphasized the importance of ongoing education and certification for all operators working in sensitive or high-traffic environments.

  • Food safety in tourism-related contexts:
The episode explored the intersection of traditional food promotion and public health standards, highlighting the need for cooperation between businesses, institutions and trade associations, such as Confimi Industria Campania.

  • Legal requirements for private security staff (bouncers):
The episode also shed light on a little-known but crucial issue:
👉 the legal obligation to register with the Prefectural Register of Security Operators, often referred to as "bouncers,"
which is only permitted after completing a certified training course and obtaining a professional license.
This requirement is essential for ensuring public safety at events, nightclubs, and all high-attendance venues — yet is often ignored or underestimated.

🎤 Final remarks by President Luigi Carfora

To conclude the episode, Luigi Carfora, creator of the format and President of the Suggestioni Campane Promotion Consortium & Confimi Industria Campania, delivered a powerful message:

"Safety is a right, but also a shared responsibility.
Those who work, host or serve must be trained and aware.
There is no progress without safety."

"Each episode is a piece of civic education and social responsibility.
And we keep going, without interruption."

🎬 19th Episode of the "In Sicurezza" Format –

📸 Photos and Video Online — Financial Security

📌Recording Date: July 24, 2025

Location: Per Sempre News Editorial Office

The "In Sicurezza" format, conceived by Luigi Carfora, President of the Consorzio Suggestioni Campane Promotion & Confimi Industria Campania, continues with coherence, strategic vision, and an educational spirit.
This project keeps fostering a concrete and ongoing reflection on the culture of security, approached from different yet always relevant perspectives.

This 19th episode tackled a crucial and today more urgent than ever topic: financial security.

🎙️ Guest of the Episode
Lawyer Nicola Todisco — Expert in personal and asset law, and for years a key reference for savers and entrepreneurs who have been victims of online scams.
Together, we explored financial security as a strategic lever and a collective protection tool for citizens and businesses.

🔍 Topics Discussed and Key Insights

  1. Financial security as an associative theme
Lawyer Todisco emphasized that nowadays even entrepreneurs with solid technical skills can fall victim to increasingly sophisticated online scams. For this reason, financial security should become a permanent priority for business associations, especially territorial realities like Confimi Industria Campania, which play a role in oversight and awareness-raising.

  2. Businesses under attack: how do they defend themselves?
    The most common scams concern:

  • Seemingly safe investments,

  • Promises of facilitated credit,

  • Financial phishing and digital fraud.

According to Todisco, SMEs are particularly exposed and would need permanent safeguards: legal information desks, digital education campaigns, and structured collaborations with competent authorities.

  1. A pact for economic security
In response to the proposal for joint action between Suggestioni Campane Promotion and Confimi Campania, Lawyer Todisco expressed full availability to contribute to an anti-fraud operational protocol and a legal support desk, accompanied by public awareness campaigns.

💬 Interventions by Luigi Carfora
During the episode, Luigi Carfora elaborated on some topical points directly impacting the trust and security of economic operators:

Digital banks under scrutiny
Recent episodes reported by users on N26 and Revolut regarding sudden account blocks and difficulties accessing funds were mentioned. In particular, the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) opened an investigation on July 10, 2025, against Revolut Group Holdings Ltd, Revolut Bank UAB, and Revolut Securities Europe UAB for alleged unfair commercial practices in banking and investment services (Source: AGCM.it).
The investigation concerns transparency of conditions, management of account blocks, and clarity of "zero commission" promotions.

The risk of the "risparmiometro"
A tool by the Italian Revenue Agency that cross-checks balances and transactions to identify possible discrepancies compared to declared income. While useful in combating tax evasion, it can have distortive effects and affect compliant taxpayers. Balance and transparency in its application are needed.

Increasing digital scams
From phishing to smishing, up to fake "miraculous" investment platforms, digital insecurity affects not only businesses but also ordinary citizens. The transition to fully digital finance requires new skills, widespread training, and more effective protection tools.

🔐 Conclusions
The 19th episode of In Sicurezza reaffirmed a fundamental concept: financial security is an integral part of economic security.

Our commitment, as Suggestioni Campane Promotion and Confimi Industria Campania, is to transform the reflections of these episodes into concrete actions and operational tools to protect businesses, workers, and citizens.

Publication Date: August 9, 2025

Update – National Botulism Situation (August 11, 2025)

Urgent Recall of Two Batches of Metro Chef Avocado Pulp 🥑❗

Clarification on Cases in Sardinia and Calabria

Confimi Industria Campania informs its member companies and the public that an urgent recall is underway for two batches of frozen avocado pulp under the Metro Chef brand, linked to a serious case of foodborne botulism that recently occurred in Sardinia.

This event highlights the importance of proper management and control of food safety to prevent potentially lethal risks.

📦 Recalled Batches

Product: Frozen avocado pulp, 1 kg packages
Brand: Metro Chef

Batches:

  • LI4213 (expiry date 31/07/2026)

  • LI4218 (expiry date 05/08/2026)

Origin: Agroempaques S.A., Lima, Peru
Distribution: Sold by Metro Italia, mainly for professional catering use (restaurants, catering services, canteens).

Relevant Incidents

📍 Sardinia Case

During the "Fiesta Latina" event in Monserrato (Cagliari) from 22 to 25 July 2025, 11 cases of foodborne botulism were reported, one of which was fatal.
Investigations linked all cases to the consumption of guacamole prepared with Metro Chef avocado pulp from the two recalled batches.

📍 🥦 Calabria Case

Location: Diamante (Cosenza)
Suspected product: Preserved broccoli in oil used in sandwiches with sausage and turnip tops, sold by a mobile food truck.

Consequences:

  • Deaths: 2 people (Luigi Di Sarno, 52, Cercola; Tamara D'Acunto, 45, Diamante)

  • Hospitalisations: 14 to 15 people

    • Initially 14 reported hospitalisations

    • Later updated to 15, including a 20-year-old in intensive care

  • Investigations: 9 to 10 people under investigation

    • As of 10 August: 9 suspects, including the street vendor, three managers of supplying companies, and five doctors from two hospitals in the Cosenza area

    • On 11 August: a tenth suspect added — a 118 emergency doctor — bringing the total to 10.

Measure: National seizure of suspected jars of preserved vegetables ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paola.

OFFICIAL UPDATE – BOTULISM CASE IN DIAMANTE (CS)

Following further investigations by the Ministry of Health and the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, the recalled product has been identified as "Friarielli alla napoletana" (turnip tops in oil) packaged in 1 kg jars, mainly for the food service sector, produced by Ciro Velleca Srl (Amura Stefano) at the Scafati (SA) plant and marketed under the "Vittoria" and "Bel Sapore" brands.

Recalled batches (precautionary measure):

  • Vittoria brand:

    • Batch 290425 – Expiry 29/04/2028 – 1 kg

    • Batch 280325 – Expiry 28/03/2028 – 1 kg

  • Bel Sapore brand:

    • Batch 280325 – Expiry 20/03/2028 – 1 kg

    • Batch 060325 – Expiry 06/03/2028 – 1 kg

The national seizure of the affected jars was ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paola, pending final laboratory results. Anyone in possession of products from the batches above is strongly advised not to consume them and to return them to the point of sale.

Source: Ministry of Health – Food Recall Portal, 9 August 2025.

Important note: The Metro Chef avocado pulp is not involved in the Calabria cases.

What is Botulism?

Botulism is a serious poisoning caused by the toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum, which grows in the absence of oxygen and under specific food storage conditions.

It can develop in:

  • Improperly preserved foods, such as homemade preserves, products in oil or vinegar, canned goods, or frozen foods with a broken cold chain.

  • Fermented or smoked products not subject to rigorous controls.

The botulinum toxin attacks the nervous system, causing progressive paralysis and, in severe cases, potentially fatal respiratory failure.

⚠️ Symptoms of Botulism Poisoning

Symptoms generally appear within hours or days after ingestion and include:

  • 👁️ Double or blurred vision

  • 😴 Drooping eyelids

  • 🗣️ Difficulty speaking or swallowing

  • 😛 Dry mouth

  • 💪 Progressive muscle weakness

  • ⚠️ In severe cases: paralysis and breathing difficulties

Immediate medical attention is essential if these symptoms occur.

🛡️ Staff Training: The First Line of Defence Against Botulism

To reduce the risk of serious contamination such as the above, every business must adopt continuous training programmes for its staff, including:

  • Recognising food safety hazards and botulism symptoms

  • Correct storage procedures (respecting the cold chain, safe storage)

  • Handling of suspected products: immediate withdrawal, reporting, and disposal according to protocol

  • Cleaning and sanitisation of surfaces, equipment, and utensils

  • Internal emergency plan with quick contacts for health authorities and emergency numbers (112/118)

🛡️ How to Prevent Botulism Risk

Confimi Industria Campania recommends that all member companies:

  • 🔍 Carefully check their stock and immediately withdraw the frozen Metro Chef avocado pulp batches: LI4213 and LI4218.

  • Withdraw "Friarielli alla napoletana" in 1 kg jars:

    • Vittoria brand: Batches 290425 (29/04/2028) and 280325 (28/03/2028)

    • Bel Sapore brand: Batches 280325 (20/03/2028) and 060325 (06/03/2028)

  • ❌ Avoid using homemade or artisanal preserves not subject to certified controls

  • ❄️ Always maintain the cold chain for frozen or refrigerated products

  • ✅ Check packaging and product integrity

  • 👨‍🍳 Train staff on proper food handling and botulism risks

  • 📞 In suspected cases, immediately call 112 and report to the health authorities

🚨 What to Do in Suspected Botulism Cases

Botulism requires urgent medical treatment.
Treatment involves administering botulinum antitoxin, available from the Poison Control Centre in Pavia.
Speed is essential to prevent severe or fatal outcomes.

🔚 Conclusions

Food safety is a shared responsibility for all sector operators.
Prevention starts with training: every employee, from warehouse staff to chefs, must know and correctly apply food safety procedures.
Only in this way can the risk of contamination be reduced, customers protected, and the company's reputation preserved.

Confimi Industria Campania urges companies to strictly follow the above guidelines to protect consumer health and maintain high quality and safety standards.
