Rebuilding humanity means restoring dignity in work, family, and relationships, anchored in a vision of the human being as a value in itself, never reducible to a function or a number.

Don Luigi shared a heartfelt testimony on the role the Church can and must play in workplaces, especially in contexts marked by suffering, such as hospitals. The presence of a chaplain is not just spiritual support, but a beacon of humanity, listening, and ethical awareness – able to return to work its highest vocation: a means for growth, solidarity, and service.
