Luigi Carfora: Italy–Algeria Institutional Relations and Concrete Cooperation for Sustainable Development
An evening that tells the story of strong institutional relations, dialogue between peoples, and a concrete vision for development.
In the video, viewers can enjoy the pleasant images of the evening held on December 27, 2025, together with interviews that give voice to a path built on institutional dialogue, operational cooperation, and concrete action for the sustainable development of our two peoples, Italy and Algeria.
The end-of-year institutional dinner was attended by Dr. Atmane Kissoum, Deputy Consul General of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria at the Consulate General of Algeria in Naples, and by Dr. Sifour Abdallah, ONSPEA Delegate for Italy.
The exchange of ceremonial pennants and the presentation of commemorative plaques represented a highly symbolic moment, sealing a process of dialogue and cooperation intended to consolidate over time, based on solid institutional relations and shared objectives.
A particularly meaningful symbolic gesture was made by journalist Brunella Cimadomo, who wore the traditional Algerian dress donated by ONSPEA Patronat. This gesture stood as a sign of respect, friendship, and mutual recognition between peoples, adding further human and cultural value to the meeting.
The evening was attended by members of the Consortium, associates of Confimi Industria Campania, journalists, professionals, and representatives of public institutions.
Among the institutional figures of particular relevance were Massimo Gagliardi, President of the Regional Audit Section for Campania of the Italian Court of Auditors, and Professor Salvatore Aceto di Capriglia, Full Professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Naples "Parthenope".
Also of particular significance was the presence of Professor Giovanni Turco, who currently teaches Philosophy of Public Law, Theory of Human Rights, and Professional Ethics and Deontology at the University of Udine.
During his academic career, he has also taught Theoretical Philosophy, History of Political Thought, and Medieval Philosophical Historiography at leading Italian and pontifical universities.
The event also benefited from the participation of Angelo Savino, a qualified expert in institutional relations and communication, and of Francesco Barbato, Mayor of Camposano and former Member of Parliament.
The presence of leading journalists and figures of primary institutional relevance, visible in the images of the evening, further confirmed the strong interest in initiatives grounded in credibility, dialogue, and concrete international cooperation.
Special thanks go to publisher Dino Cautiero and to the editorial team of Per Sempre News for attending the event and for capturing and documenting this important moment of high institutional value with professionalism and attention.
This evening once again demonstrated how communication, institutional relations, and concrete action can translate into structured paths of international cooperation, aimed at sustainable development, mutual trust, and the growth of the real economies of Italy and Algeria.
